This policy relates to goods sold online via www.dynamicfoodsolutions.co.uk only.
Where goods have been received as described and undamaged, in most circumstances goods can be returned for a refund or credit.
To discuss a return you can contact us on 0141 266 0501 or email info@dynamicfoodsolutions.co.uk. Further details of our returns and refunds policy are laid out as follows:
- If you want to return your order, Dynamic Food Solutions must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
- Returns can only be accepted if the goods are unused and in a re-saleable condition.
- Bespoke, custom, personalised or made to order products cannot be returned and once produced these orders cannot be credited if cancelled.
- To return your order please email info@dynamicfoodsolutions.co.uk or call 0141 266 0501, we will then provide instruction on what to do next. You must notify us prior to return.
- We can either arrange to collect the goods, alternatively you can make your own return transport arrangements. If you choose to make your own arrangements, we will advise the correct return address – please contact us prior to making your own arrangements so we can provide the correct address.
- It is the customers responsibility to make sure that goods are correctly packaged to avoid damage during transit, regardless of whether we have made arrangements to collect the goods, or if arrangements have been made by the customer.
- On receipt and satisfactory inspection of returned goods we will issue you with your choice of credit on account or a refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
- For business customers, we will apply restocking costs in accordance with the following:
- We will credit your order minus the outward shipping and any return transport costs we have incurred.
- We will apply 20% restocking charge on the total value of the goods.
- If on inspection of the returned goods we determine that the products have been used and/or damaged, Dynamic Food Solutions reserve the right to make further deductions as required.
- For consumers – in accordance with Consumer Contract Regulations, no restocking charges are applied if we are notified of the return of the goods within 14 days from the receipt of the order. Consumers may select to return goods themselves; this will be at their own expense and risk, and we must be notified first so we can confirm the correct return address. Alternatively, Dynamic Food Solutions will for arrange the goods to be collected, with pre-agreed transport costs deducted from the final credit.
Goods Damaged in Transit or Not as Described
If your order arrives and any element of it has been damaged or not as originally described, it is our obligation to put it right. We kindly ask you to inspect your order on arrival and notify us immediately of any issues on 0141 266 0501 or by emailing info@dynamicfoodsolutions.co.uk.
If you are a business customer, you must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of the receipt of your goods.
Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible. If your order is yet to be shipped, the order will be cancelled and a full refund provided.
If the order has already shipped, then charges will be applied as per our Returns and Refunds policy as described above.
Exceptions apply to the above include any products which are made to order or bespoke. If production is already underway or complete, we are unable to fully refund your order. If you are unclear if this will apply to your order, please contact us beforehand to confirm.
